Privacy Policy

Effective: August 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Unified Publishing OS ("UPOS", "we", "our") handles information when an authorized creator uses UPOS to connect supported social-platform accounts and prepare or submit approved content for publishing.

Information we process

Depending on the platform features used, UPOS may process account identifiers and basic profile information returned by an authorized platform connection; authorization credentials such as access or refresh tokens; creator/publishing information returned by the platform; media selected for publishing; captions and publishing metadata; and technical status, error, audit, and publishing-result information.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate an authorized platform connection, prepare creator-approved publishing requests, submit content through supported platform APIs, obtain publishing status, prevent unintended duplicate execution, troubleshoot failures, and maintain security and operational records.

TikTok information

When a creator connects TikTok, UPOS uses the permissions granted through TikTok's authorization flow only for the functionality presented to the authorized user. TikTok data is used to support account connection, creator/publishing information and creator-approved content posting through the selected TikTok integration.

Sharing

UPOS sends data to the social platform selected by the authorized creator when needed to perform the requested integration. We do not sell TikTok user data or social-platform credentials. We may also use infrastructure/service providers where necessary to operate the service, subject to appropriate access controls.

Credentials and security

Authorization credentials are treated as sensitive information. UPOS is designed to keep credential handling separate from public media and ordinary publishing metadata and to restrict execution to the account and platform authorized for the operation. No security system is infallible, and users should protect access to their own accounts and devices.

Retention

Operational publishing records may be retained as needed for audit, reconciliation, security, and troubleshooting. Platform credentials and connected-account information should be removed or invalidated when no longer required, when access is revoked, or when required by applicable platform rules or law.

Your choices

You may revoke a connected platform's authorization using the relevant platform controls. Where applicable, you may also request deletion or correction of personal information handled by UPOS through the support channel described on this website.

Third-party platforms

TikTok and other connected platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies. UPOS does not control those third-party services.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service or integrations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
