Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern use of Unified Publishing OS ("UPOS"). By using UPOS, an authorized user agrees to use the service only for lawful content and accounts the user is permitted to control.
Service purpose
UPOS provides content publishing and workflow-management capabilities. Depending on the configured integration, it can prepare approved media and metadata, connect an authorized social-platform account, present relevant publishing settings, submit creator-approved publishing requests, and retain operational evidence about the outcome.
Authorized accounts
You may connect or publish only to accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account access and for revoking access that should no longer be active.
Content responsibility
You are responsible for the content you choose to publish, including its accuracy, legality, rights, permissions, disclosures, and compliance with the destination platform's rules. You must not use UPOS to infringe intellectual-property rights, impersonate others unlawfully, distribute prohibited content, or bypass platform safeguards.
Platform rules
Publishing through TikTok or another third-party platform remains subject to that platform's terms, community guidelines, API/developer policies, account eligibility, rate limits, content review, and technical availability. UPOS cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, process, recommend, or keep any post available.
Publishing authorization
UPOS is designed around controlled publishing. An authorized platform connection and the applicable publishing gates must be satisfied before a provider request is made. Users should review the selected media and publishing settings before approving submission.
Availability and changes
We may modify the service to maintain security, compatibility, platform compliance, or product functionality. Third-party API changes may alter or interrupt integrations without advance notice.
Disclaimer
UPOS is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation or any particular distribution, audience, revenue, or engagement outcome from content published through third-party platforms.
Suspension
Access may be limited or suspended where necessary to protect accounts, comply with law or platform requirements, respond to abuse, or investigate security issues.
