Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of UPOS Media, a content workflow and publishing platform used to manage authorized social media accounts and publishing operations.

UPOS Media is currently under active development. Access may be limited to approved operators, internal users, test accounts, or authorized partners.

1. Authorized use

You may use UPOS Media only with social media accounts, media assets, and credentials that you own or are explicitly authorized to manage. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.

2. Connected platform accounts

UPOS Media may connect to third-party platforms through official APIs, OAuth authorization flows, access tokens, refresh tokens, account identifiers, and related permissions.

3. Publishing actions

When content is approved or configured for publishing, UPOS Media may prepare, queue, schedule, upload, publish, retry, or verify that content on authorized accounts.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use UPOS Media to access accounts without permission, bypass safeguards, impersonate others, distribute unlawful content, infringe rights, interfere with security, or violate connected-platform terms.

5. Third-party platforms

UPOS Media is independent of third-party social platforms. API availability, rate limits, publishing capabilities, and content rules are controlled by those providers and may change.

6. Service availability

Features may be modified, suspended, limited, or discontinued as the service evolves or as platform APIs, legal obligations, or security requirements change.

7. Security and credentials

Reasonable measures are used to protect authorization data and credentials. Users remain responsible for protecting their own devices, recovery methods, and account access.

8. Revocation and termination

Connected-platform authorization may be revoked through the relevant platform where supported. Access may also be disabled for security, compliance, legal, or platform-policy reasons.

9. Disclaimer

UPOS Media is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted publishing, permanent API availability, or specific reach or engagement.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated as UPOS Media evolves. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
